 Christmas TreeThis year we‘ve decorated our home with the pine branches. To keep the evergreen ‘Paradise Tree’ alive, we decided to decorate it with our birds created in the Kintai enamel workshop. Since the 13th century for many years the Lithuania Minor region was influenced by German culture and traditions. Decorating Christmas Tree spread here from Germany as well. Christmas wreaths were hung outside on the front door or from the ceiling. Here the Advent wreath was decorated with four red candles. |  Art Noveau in RigaSo many times, I’ve been to Riga Old Town and each time I keep on admiring the masterpieces of Art Nouveau. While strolling in the Old Town look for a window shaped as the keyhole and decorated with floral ornaments, stylised apple tree - the symbol of creative power, variety of faces, metal carvings… If you appear in Albert Street, have a look at the Riga Art Nouveau Centre which is the only museum in the Baltics maintaining and promoting the cultural and historical heritage of Art Nouveau. |  “Those who share - win”Sharing bright emotions and good mood is extremely good.
